We always recommend wearing a sports bra for exercise whether it is light or high impact. Exercising in your everyday or T Shirt bra can cause discomfort as it doesn’t support but can also shorten the life of your everyday bras as it is not designed for exercise.

Do T-shirt bras show through thin or light-coloured clothing?

You should always choose a bra colour closest to your skin colour for see through or light- coloured clothing. Nudes for fair skin, and cinnamon to coffee roasts for dark skin.
