Returns Policy

If you're not completely happy with an item, just return it to us in the same condition you received it for an exchange, within our returns period(s) shown below. For South African customers ordering any full priced items, return postage is free. From other countries you will need to pay return postage.

When trying on items please avoid make up or lotions coming into contact with them. Please also make sure that bottoms are tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious this hasn't been done.

Returns will only be accepted on the following terms:

  1. The garment has not been worn
  2. All labels are intact and have not been removed
  3. Hygiene strips are still in tact
  4. The garment is in the original condition it was purchased

Returns Procedure

  1. Contact bras@lizaclifford.com to inform us of your return
  2. All products returned must be returned in the box or protective packaging that the item/s was received in. Please ensure that no damage can be done to the product in transit
  3. Once the item/s is received an exchange will take place.

Please note that items are not transported by Liza Clifford (PTY) LTD but by an independent courier company who is not responsible for the damage done to the item/s due to incomplete packaging.

 

Returns period

Liza Clifford (PTY) LTD will accept returns up to 7 days after receipt of the package.

Christmas deliveries will be accepted by the 11th January
