Returns Policy
Ensuring the Right Fit: We truly care about helping you find the correct size. To that end, we offer a complimentary in-studio or virtual professional fitting with all purchases. Please note, if you choose to bypass this fitting, you will not be eligible to return the product purchased on the Liza Clifford website.
Returns for Fitted Clients: Clients who have been fitted by one of our trained consultants can return items that do not fit. We thoroughly check all purchases to ensure our clients receive the best fit based on their profile. If you choose to purchase sizes that we do not recommend, you will be responsible for the courier costs associated with returns and exchanges.
Returns Policy
Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, our returns and exchanges policy is very strict.
Briefs, panties, bodysuits, and swimwear cannot be returned due to hygienic purposes
Management makes the final decision on whether to accept returned item(s).
All SALE items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Returns are at the customer’s cost.
Except for briefs, panties, bodysuits and full costumes, Bikini bottoms, other merchandise can be returned and exchanged within 21 days of purchase, provided that:
- Items are not damaged, marked and/or stained.
- Items must be free of any odour.
- All tags and labels as well as packaging must be intact.
Please note we have a 7-day cooling off period for a product exchange provided it is within our returns policy.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds unless the products are faulty.
Faulty Goods
We do our best to ensure that the products we offer are of a high quality and without defects/faults. In an event that you have received a product that is defective, please notify us as soon as possible.
Refunds will only be processed once the garment is received and examined by our product specialist to ensure that we concur with the fault as advised by customer.
Based on our examination of the returned item(s), we will advise of our findings, and if all is in order a replacement item(s) will be shipped to the customer at no cost.

Delivery Information:
Domestic Deliveries: Liza Clifford (PTY) Ltd delivers exclusively within South Africa. For international deliveries, please contact us at 087 135 9345.
Delivery Timeline: If the items are in stock, delivery within South Africa takes up to 7 working days. If items need to be ordered from our overseas supplier, delivery can take between 4 to 12 weeks. We outsource our deliveries to a courier company. Please provide a delivery address where someone will be available during business hours and a telephone number for contact. Ensure that the provided delivery address is accurate.

Non-returnable Items:
- Gift cards
Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at info@lizaclifford.com and send your item to 2 St Mary's Road, Kloof, 3640.
Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of your return.
