We really do care that you wear the correct size. If you choose to forgo the free in-studio or virtual professional fitting offered with all purchases you will not be able to return the product you purchase on the Liza Clifford website.
Clients who have been fitted by one of our trained consultants can return items that do not fit, however we do check all purchases to ensure our clients are purchasing the best fit based on their profile. Clients who choose to purchase sizes that we do not recommend are responsible for the cost of the courier of their returns and exchanges.

Deliveries within South Africa:
- Should we have stock of the items it will take up to 7 working days to be delivered to you. This is dependent on whether your item is available in the studio or has to be ordered from our supplier. Should the items have to be ordered from our overseas supplier an item can take from 4 - 12 weeks to be delivered. Liza Clifford (PTY) Ltd. outsources our delivery of all our product to a Courier Company.
Please make sure you give a delivery address where someone will be available at all times during business hours, you supply us with a telephone number that you can be contacted at all times during business hours, provide Liza Clifford (PTY)Ltd with the correct delivery address.
Once your order is ready to be delivered: You will be contacted via email to inform you when your purchase will be delivered You will be supplied with a tracking number.
