3. Bra Sizes & Fit

Every lingerie brand fits differently. We fit according to how the bra supports your body rather than what the label says.
Different brands and bra styles are designed differently. A plunge, balcony, full-cup or sports bra may fit differently even in the same size.
Yes. Weight changes, pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause and hormonal changes can all affect your size.
Hormonal changes during your menstrual cycle can temporarily affect breast size and sensitivity.
Every 6–12 months, or sooner if your body changes.
This is usually caused by an incorrect band or cup size rather than the straps themselves.
This is completely normal. We always fit to your larger breast for the best support.

7. Bra Care

We recommend owning at least three bras — one on, one off, and one in the wash.
Bras are working garments. Their lifespan depends on how often they're worn and how well they're cared for. We recommend replacing them once they no longer provide the support you need.
This depends on how often you wear it and your activity level. As a general guide, wash your bra after several wears or sooner if you've perspired heavily.
Hand wash in cold water using a gentle detergent. Avoid fabric softener.
We do not recommend machine washing, as it can damage the fabric, cups and underwires.
Underwires are commonly damaged by machine washing, incorrect sizing or twisting the bra when putting it on.
This usually happens due to machine washing or incorrect storage. Padded bras should be stored with the cups nested to maintain their shape.
We generally do not recommend sleeping in your bra unless advised by a healthcare professional or following surgery.
