We really do care that you wear the correct size. If you choose to forgo the free in-studio or virtual professional fitting offered with all purchases you will not be able to return the product you purchase on the Liza Clifford website.
Clients who have been fitted by one of our trained consultants can return items that do not fit, however we do check all purchases to ensure our clients are purchasing the best fit based on their profile. Clients who choose to purchase sizes that we do not recommend are responsible for the cost of the courier of their returns and exchanges.

Should we have stock of the items it will take up to 7 working days to be delivered to you. This is dependent on whether your item is available in the studio or has to be ordered from our supplier.
Should the items have to be ordered from our overseas supplier an item can take from 4 - 12 weeks to be delivered. Liza Clifford (PTY)Ltd outsources our delivery of all our product to a Courier Company.
